Two weeks of listening, reading code, watching dashboards, and talking to the people who actually keep the system running. We deliver a written diagnostic, not a slide deck.

A written proposal: the smallest set of changes that moves you forward, the risks of each, the cost, and the things we explicitly recommend not doing.

Execution against milestones, with our own senior engineers. No staffing agencies, no offshore handoffs, no surprise sub-contractors. Weekly written updates.

We stay engaged after cutover. On-call, monitoring, the small fixes that compound into reliability — or a clean handover to your team, if that is what you want.

How we work, non-negotiably.

Senior engineers only. No bench warmers, no juniors learning on your dime. Every person who shows up to your engagement has shipped, owned, and been on-call for production.

Fixed-scope or retainer. Never time-and-materials. We will tell you what something costs before we start, and stand behind that number.

We document everything. Every decision, every trade-off, every runbook. It lives in your repos, written for the engineer who arrives after we leave.

No vendor lock-in. We build with tools you can hire someone else to maintain. Open standards, boring choices, clean exits.

Plain-language reporting. Weekly status in prose, readable by a non-technical executive. No jargon, no inflated velocity charts, no "blockers" that mean nothing.

We say no. When a request will hurt your system, burn your budget, or paint you into a corner, we say so — in writing — before we touch a keyboard.
The goal is not to look busy. The goal is to leave the system better than we found it, and the people stronger than we found them.
